About Kit & Peg (& Kyle)
Hello! Nice to meet you!
My name’s Kyle (he/him/his). I’m the founder of Kit & Peg. I’m also a queer, chronically ill, neurodivergent, transmasculine artist, coach, and occupational therapist (OT).
My friend, Cheri, calls me her little Jewish grandmother.
She isn’t wrong.
I’ll worry about you. I’ll tell you how great you are (because it’s true!). And I’ll help you connect to your best self by asking questions, listening well, and offering an eclectic collection of coaching tools and crafting skills to support you in being you.
For more than two decades, I’ve used my coaching and clinical care skills to help others do the things they need and want to do at home, in the community, at school, and in healthcare facilities.
Through Kit & Peg, I provide client-directed care services for folks who don’t need a clinical level of care at the moment, but may still be feeling lost, stuck, or trapped under the weight of the world.
And I’m using my whole, little disabled, queer, artist Jewish grandmother self to do it.
In addition to my degrees, credentials, and lived experience, I draw on the strength and wisdom of my ancestors and elders, including my grandmothers – Kit and Peg.
Their resilience, creativity, love of making things, unconditional acceptance, and capacity to show up again and again is at the heart of what I do.
